ANOTR announce second album ‘On A Trip’ and accompanying 2025 World Tour
To be released on 31st January 2025 via No Art, the sophomore album sees the duo expand on their musical experimentation and push traditional boundaries further, landing ahead of a global tour taking in dates across Europe, Australasia, and North and South America.
Internationally renowned duo Jesse van der Heijden and Oguzhan Guney, aka ANOTR, have announced their highly anticipated second album, ‘On A Trip’ - set for release on 31st January 2025 via their No Art imprint. The LP, which marks the follow-up to their critically acclaimed 2023 debut album ‘The Reset’ - featuring fan-favourite ‘Relax My Eyes’ - ushers in the next chapter of the pair's journey and welcomes a departure from strictly house and electronic realms into an expansive and borderless world of original songwriting, unique collaboration and live instrumentation spanning wider-reaching influences and genres such as funk, soul and beyond.
With singles ‘How You Feel’ featuring Erik Bandt and Leven Kali and ‘24 (Turn it Up)’ featuring Kurtis Wells already giving listeners a taste of its creative direction, the LP is the product of numerous musical retreats undertaken by the duo over the past 18 months alongside a wealth of international artists, fostering a collaborative and experimental environment that has taken them from Amsterdam to LA and everywhere in between. A nod to their use of psychedelics to promote both individual and collective creativity, the project also sees the duo step things up visually with an interwoven exploration of concepts set to be unveiled across both the LP and the tour.
Embarking on a global set of dates landing on the heels of the LP’s release, ANOTR presents On A Trip, brings a curated selection of headline shows at iconic venues across Europe and Australasia, plus soon-to-be-announced dates in both North and South America. Standing apart from their ongoing global No Art showcases, these shows will provide an exclusive experience centred on the duo’s new music, with ongoing exclusive listening sessions to be held in unique locations within key cities. Kicking off in Paris on 7th February 2025, the tour will include stops in London, Berlin, Bali, Sydney, Melbourne, and their hometown of Amsterdam at AFAS Live - with dates across both North and South America to be announced soon.

Preceding the album and closing 2024, the No Art founders will release the third and penultimate single from ‘On A Trip’ on 8th November 2024. Titled ‘SET IT ON FIRE’, the track welcomes a monumental milestone, featuring both Oz and Jesse on vocals for the first time and providing a special personal moment for the duo. Already a standout highlight of their ongoing invite-only listening parties and recent live shows, the boisterous production showcases a final glimpse into the bold musical direction of the upcoming album.
