Halfmoon Festival announces August–December 2025 line-ups on Koh Phangan
Halfmoon Festival has announced its line-ups for the high season running from August through December 2025. Held bi-weekly on the Thai island of Koh Phangan, the open-air event continues to showcase a range of international and regional talent across genres including house, techno, trance and indie dance, all in a unique setting.
Founded in 2002, Halfmoon Festival offers an alternative to the island’s larger beach parties by focusing on curated artistic experiences and European-style production. The event’s design is led by Carin Dickson, who transforms the forest into an immersive themed space for each edition.
Among the artists confirmed for the upcoming editions are Blastoyz, Reality Test, Ghost Rider, Ranji, WHITENO1SE, Silver Panda, MR.BLACK, Weekend Heroes, Tezla, Terra and BERG, along with many others spanning various sub-genres.
The festival begins with daytime programming at Harmony Beach Club and beachside performances, interactive games, pool access and live entertainment including DJs, dancers and fire performers. The second day transitions into the event’s main venue - the Magical Forest. It's a jungle location equipped with three main stages: Prime Stage, G Floor and The Cave. The forest setting is enhanced by immersive lighting, themed decor and live visual and fire performances.
Koh Phangan offers a wide range of accommodations available across the island, from budget hostels to luxury resorts.
