SOSA lands on Metamorfosi Records with new single ‘Italian Job’

SOSA continues one of the busiest periods of his career with the release of ‘Italian Job’, marking his debut on Joseph Capriati’s Metamorfosi Records. The new single arrives on 24 July, just weeks before the Liverpool DJ and producer joins Capriati for back-to-back sets at Eastern Electrics and Creamfields.

Built around rolling percussion and a bright, hook-led groove, ‘Italian Job’ leans into the stripped-back house sound that has become synonymous with SOSA’s productions. Designed with open-air dancefloors in mind, the track has already generated anticipation through recent festival and club appearances ahead of its official release.

The release follows the success of ‘The Connection’, which has amassed close to two million Spotify streams while remaining a fixture on BBC Radio 1’s Dance Playlist throughout the summer. As his productions continue to reach audiences beyond the club, ‘Italian Job’ signals another step in an increasingly confident creative run.

Its arrival also coincides with a packed international schedule. Following sold-out headline dates including his COCO showcase in London and a headline performance at Expo Lawn in Los Angeles, SOSA is preparing for a series of major festival appearances across Europe, including collaborative sets alongside Capriati.

For Metamorfosi Records, the release brings one of contemporary house music’s most recognisable names onto the label’s roster for the first time, continuing the imprint’s focus on artists shaping the current club landscape.
